Military Challenge coins enjoy a rich history. Members of the U.S. military have a long-standing tradition of carrying a special coin symbolizing unit identity and esprit de corps. Known to generations of American military personnel, challenge coins are a vital part of military life today and are revered by troops in every branch of service. The Linthicum Veterans Memorial Board is excited to honor the memorial with a uniquely designed challenge coin. The service emblems are represented in vibrant color on one side, with an embossed authentic replica of the memorial on the other.
